What is POSTIBI and what is it for?POSTIBI is a service through which you can decide who will take care of your tangible and intangible legacy at the time when you can no longer be among us.

How much does it cost?The basic version of the service is FREE. The price list of other options can be found on the page Pricelist.
How secure is the service?The POSTIBI service is secured at several levels...
- Access to client part is possible only through a secure connection (https) that is encrypted.
- Data of users are stored in the database encrypted. Thus, there is no misuse of data even in case of theft of data from the database.
- Document files of the user are also stored encrypted.
Can someone steal my data?In case of data theft directly from the service server the data is protected because it is stored encrypted. Thus, even in such a case, the data itself is virtually worthless. The web service itself, however, must be able to decrypt the data for displaying it to logged-in user. The data is decrypted only when this data are required by the system for displaying it to logged-in user.
It is of course important not to tell anyone your login information for the service.
How do I know that you do not have access to my data?The data is stored only in encrypted form, so that any unauthorized person cannot misuse it. eTESTAMENT Company Ltd., the provider of the POSTIBI service is registered at the Office for Personal Data Protection under the registration number 00043346.
How can I further enhance the safety and confidentiality of the information I provide?If you are unsure about the security of your data, you can, for example, encrypt documents files using any tool to encrypt files and upload those files into the POSTIBI system already in encrypted form. Just remember that you should tell the authorized person how to use such a document in case this document will be provided to him.
What to do if the browser displays a warning about untrustworthy website?Some older browsers and operating systems do not know the certification authority (CA) StartCom SSL. If you see this warning, you need to install on your browser the certificate for the CA as a trusted root certificate.

How the website works
How to use POSTIBI?Information about using the POSTIBI service can be found after login on the Help page. There is also a detailed guide to setting up and using POSTIBI.
How can I pay for this service?On your account page you can find the link “Payments / account change” with detailed information about payments.
The POSTIBI account can be temporarily paid only by bank transfer, however, credit card payments are being prepared shortly as well.
I cannot login. What should I do?First, make sure that you enter the correct login email and password to your POSTIBI account when logging in.
If you are sure that you are entering all the data properly and even though you cannot log in, use the Contact Form and we will check it out.
